Conditions of acceptance of passengers arriving to the Tunisian airports.
The following procedures should be applied :
1. The Health Declaration Form and the commitment:
All passengers must complete a Health Declaration Form before the date of the flight at https://app.e7mi.tnand print the documents generated by the application (the health form and the commitment) which will be requested and verified by the airline at check-in and will be collected by the health control services upon arrival to the Tunisian airports.
2. Self-quarantine: -Passengers are subject to a self-quarantine period of 14 days from the date of arrival, whether at home or in a hotel. Passengers must present at check-in the documents justifying the place of residence in Tunisia or the voucher.
-Passenger who doesn't wish to complete the entire period of 14 days of self-quarantine must spend at least a period of 7 days in self-quarantine and then realize an RT-PCR test at his own expense on the 7thday of self-quarantine and if the test result is negative, the lifting of the quarantine will be allowed.
3. The negative certificate of RT-PCR test: Passengers must present a negative RT-PCR test certificate, which the date of result does not exceed 72 hours at check-in at the airport of departure except children under12 years.
Airlines shall not accept the check-in of any passenger if he does notpresent the negative RT-PCR test and shall verify the negative result of RT-PCR test and the absence of Covid19 symptoms.
In case of boarding a passenger, who doesn't have his negative RT-PCR test or having a positive RT-PCR test or has Covid19 symptoms, the airline assume the responsibility whether by covering the costs of realization an RT-PCR test on arrival of the passenger in Tunisia and any other sanitary measures, or by ensuring his repatriation to the country of origin with the payment of his accommodation costs in a hotel until the date of his departure.
4. For short stays (less than 5 days): 4-1- For a return to Tunisia after a short stay abroad (less than 120 hours): -The passenger must present either on departure or on arrival to/from Tunisia a negative RT-PCR test certificate, the result date of which does not exceed 72 hours at check-in.
- Passenger are subject toa self-quarantine for 7 days from the date of arrival, whether at home or in a hotel and must present at check-in the documents justifying the place of residence in Tunisia or the Voucher.
4-2-For a short stay in Tunisia from abroad (less than 120 hours): Passenger should present a negative RT-PCR test certificate, which the result date not exceeding 72 hours at check-in.
5. The airline must apply the health measures decreed by the health protocol and shall respect the punctuality of flights, avoid delays and respect the slots granted in order to avoid congestion in the terminals and guarantee the application of sanitary procedures required. |
